The Timbertops were one of the original Sylvanian families when launched in Japan in 1987, and later in the UK. As with many early Sylvanian families the original family had older brothers and sisters. The timbertops have had numerous re-releases, with quite a few additional characters created on the way, so our current list of characters is likely to be more extensive than listed here. None of the Timbertops are currently (2015) available and hence are all collectable.

If Alice ever gets any spare time, which is very rare, she likes to pop along to the Blackcurrant Cafe where she can have a large cup of tea and catch up with her good friend Marian Brighteyes. • • Burl Timbertop Baby Burl takes after his oldest brother, Birch, in that if you let him loose in the house he goes off exploring. He's been found in every nook and cranny, including inside the broom cupboard and under the table. He was even once found inside the grandfather clock! Add to Basket £9.99

• • Burton Timbertop Cousin Burton is very accident prone. He spends a lot of his time in the Village Hospital, being looked after by Nurse Emily Nightingale and Doctor Murdoch. He has broken almost every bone in his body because of mis-adventure. The last time he broke his leg was because he climbed to the top of the large oak tree at the edge of the Sylvanian woods, and then fell off the top branch.
